1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the TuneBooth Reserve website or booking a studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide time-based rental of music studios and related concierge services. We may modify offerings without prior notice to reflect improvements or maintenance needs.
3. User Responsibilities
- Use the studios responsibly and comply with posted guidelines.
- Respect noise policies, occupancy limits, and building rules.
- Do not damage or remove equipment. Report defects immediately.
- Comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.
4. Bookings and Payments
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment via a secure link. By confirming a booking, you authorize us to charge the displayed rates and applicable taxes and fees.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the start time, 50% refund up to 24 hours, and no refund within 24 hours of the session start.
6. Damage, Loss, and Security
You are responsible for damage caused by you or your guests during your session. We reserve the right to assess reasonable repair or replacement costs.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, trademarks, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to TuneBooth Reserve and protected by law.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuneBooth Reserve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TuneBooth Reserve and its staff from claims arising from your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
